Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our garments being worn so close to the body Ceremony Untitled is unable to accept returns. This is due to health and hygiene regulations and all requests to do so will be refused. 

We do not offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size for this reason, so please make sure you refer to our size guide carefully. We are always happy to help with sizing advice so just email us hello@ceremonyuntitled.com with any queries.

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition please contact hello@ceremonyuntitled.com within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Ceremony Untitled does not offer exchanges, refunds or cancel orders due to change of mind.
